2. Who can sign up for Canoo?

Canoo membership is offered to Permanent Residents in their first 5 years of residence, and to Citizens in the first 12 months of their citizenship, and who are 18 years or older.  Canoo membership is a full 12 months when you activate inside the Canoo app before your eligibility expires.

3. How to sign up?

To sign up for Canoo, you will need your citizenship certificate or your PR card as well as a smartphone. Simply download the Canoo app from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store, then follow the steps to scan your certificate and sign up.

4. Can I use the Canoo app at venues outside the city I live in?

You can use your Canoo membership nationwide! As a Canoo member whether you are living in Toronto or visiting Calgary, you can use the Canoo app to search for venues, things to do, and events happening around you. You have access to 1400+ places to visit across Canada.
