Trusted Traveler Programs

Trusted Traveler Programs (TTP) provide modified screening for preapproved members. The programs improve security by being more efficient during screenings, and facilitate legitimate trade and travel at ports of entry. They allow members to use expedited lanes at the U.S. airports, and when crossing international borders. These make people’s travel experience easier and more streamlined, there are three types of service we provide:

  1. FAST Card
  2. NEXUS Card
  3. Global Entry
  1. What is FAST Card?

    FAST = Free And Secure Trade

    FAST Card provides benefit of fast border crossing access. All commercial vehicles, motor operators, carriers, merchants, intermediate warehouses, shippers, and receivers must be FAST compliance in order to take the advantage of accessing FAST lane at Canada/USA and USA/Mexico border crossing points.

  2. Types of FAST
    • FAST North – Border between Canada and USA
    • FAST South – Border between USA and Mexico

    Coverage and Compatibility:

    Fast North provides full benefits when entering the USA at both borders. If an individual is approved for FAST North, an individual does not need to apply for FAST South. However, if an applicant is approved for FAST South, such person needs to apply for FAST North in order to take the advantage of FAST lane access on the border north of the US.

    • U.S. lawful permanent residents
    • Canadian citizens
    • Canadian permanent residents
    • Mexican nationals

    Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license
    1. What is NEXUS CARD?

      NEXUS CARD is designed to speed up border crossings into Canada and the United States (U.S.) for low-risk, pre-approved travelers. It is jointly run by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) and U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP). When you have a NEXUS membership card, you can benefit from expedited processing through dedicated lanes at designated airports, land borders, or marine reporting locations.

      • Canadian citizens
      • Canadian permanent residents
      • Mexican citizens who are members of Programa Viajero Confiable (Trusted Traveller Program) citizens

  1. What is GLOBAL ENTRY?

  2. Global Entry is a U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) program that allows expedited clearance for pre-approved, low-risk travellers upon arrival in the United States. Members enter the United States through automatic kiosks at select airports.

  3. Eligibility
    • U. S. citizens
    • U. S. lawful permanent residents
    • Citizens of the following countries are eligible for Global Entry membership:
      • Citizens of Argentina
      • Citizens of Brazil
      • Citizens of Bahrain
      • Citizens of India
      • Citizens of Colombia
      • Citizens of the United Kingdom
      • Citizens of Germany
      • Citizens of the Netherlands
      • Citizens of Panama
      • Citizens of Singapore
      • Citizens of South Korea
      • Citizens of Switzerland
      • Citizens of Taiwan
      • Mexican nationals
