- Must be from one of the countries that has reciprocal agreement with Canada
- Fulfil the age requirement of 18 – 35, though in some countries the age limit is 18 – 29, or 30
- Having qualified Canadian work experience may lead to permanent residence options
International Coop
- Have a valid job offer from a Canadian employer
- Must be from one the the countries that has reciprocal agreement with Canada
- Fulfil the age requirement of 18 – 35, though in some countries the age limit is 18 – 29, or 30
- Having qualified Canadian work experience may lead to permanent residence options
Open Work Permit
Working Holiday Visa
- Does not require a Labour Market Opinion (LMO)
- Age restrictions apply
- Having qualified Canadian work experience in skilled occupations may lead to permanent resident options
Spouses, Common-law Partners and Children of Skilled Workers, Students, or Applicants
- Does not require a Labour Market Opinion (LMO)
- Children of applicants under Provincial Nominee Programs or pilot may be eligible for open work permits
Bridging Open Work Permit
- Certain qulifying permanent resident applicants may be eligible to apply for open work permits to continue working in Canada during the processing of permanent resident applications
